Le contrôle du marché foncier est une des charges qui incombe à la Prévôté. En effet, celle-ci doit s'assurer que personne n'achèterait un champ à 400 écus par exemple pour le revendre ensuite plus cher. Bref, elle veille à ce que les spéculateurs ne puissent pas œuvrer en toute tranquillité.
Pour contrôler le marché foncier il faut passer par des petites ruelles presque invisible: Bureau du marché foncier (Ancienne version des RR) Chemin: Mairie => Le marché foncier
Là vous aurez le nom du vendeur et celui de l'acheteur qu'il vous faudra retranscrire si ils diffèrent du dernier bilan affiché.
